help How does the $150 flat-rate delivery work?
Our $150 flat-rate covers the delivery of your items within a base 20-mile radius from the pickup location to a ground-floor delivery point.
help Are there any extra distance fees?
Yes. The first 20 miles are included; past that the full distance is billed at $1 per mile up to 25 miles and $2 per mile from 25 miles up — not just the miles past 20. You see the figure on your quote first.
help Do you charge extra for stairs?
Ground and 2nd-floor delivery (including apartments with elevators) are included. However, deliveries to a 3rd floor or higher without an elevator require a $50 surcharge.
help Do you help with assembly or taking away old furniture?
Absolutely! We assemble furniture for $40 per item, and we provide dumpster/removal services for your old items for $20 per piece.
help How do I get the $300 Move Special?
The $300 Move Special reserves our professional 2-man crew for a small apartment move, ensuring fast load and unload without the hassle of a DIY move.
help Are my items insured during delivery?
Yes! We are a fully insured family-owned business, so 100% of your items are covered while in our care.
help Do I have to pay upfront?
No. All our deliveries and moves are Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.). You only pay when we successfully deliver your items to your door.

Yes, when you book, you receive a confirmation email with a direct link to edit your contact details, time window, and dropoff location.
